The central composition consists of the circular form of the basic volume, facing the free surface of the square with a dome above the multifunctional hall, which symbolizes the unity of the basic content of the building. It is opposed by the rectilinear form along the more urban part of the block leaning against the rest of the city block. The direct shaping of the facade is achieved with glass, which should express the openness of the interior space towards the exterior, on the one hand, but also the stone surfaces that express the solidity of the basic volume that carries the building as a whole. The project particularly insists on creating a vision between the interior building and the exterior space on the square.
