Construction of the Municipal Building on Kopaonik
The building has the following floors: Po+Su+P+1+2Pk, i.e. it consists of six floors. The amendment and supplement to the Suvo Rudište detailed regulation plan (“Official Gazette of the Municipality of Raška”, No. 06-VIII-15/2017-10)”) provides for the construction of a public facility – Premises of the Municipality of Raška (Villa “Raška”). The purpose of plot No. 1504/100 has been determined – public functions and services.
The municipal house on Kopaonik is intended to perform public functions from the overall activity of municipal bodies and organizations. In addition to this, it is intended to perform a representative presentation of the work of the Municipality, through their public officials, and to establish broad cooperation with other municipalities, cities, republican bodies, scientific, professional and other organizations. Within the facility, in addition to regular activities, work meetings, seminars, public debates and other things that have the task of improving the representative, economic and social capacity of the Municipality can be held.
