The residential and commercial complex in Petra Vučinića Street consists of two buildings. One is a single-story historical structure—the former Turkish Consulate—while the other is a modern residential and commercial building with a structure of B+G+6 (basement + ground floor + six floors).
The main project for the residential and commercial complex in Petra Vučinića Street was developed based on the Conceptual Design and the Construction Permit No. 351-136/2009-06, dated April 23, 2009, issued by the Department of Urban Planning and Construction of the City of Niš, as well as the Approval for the Conceptual Design No. 56/2, dated February 3, 2009, issued by the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments – Niš.
