Dispatch Center Niš

he facility of the dispatch center in Niš is a business and energy facility, basement+ground level+3 floors. In part of the building there are energy rooms, while the rest is intended for business, with an appropriate number of offices and accompanying facilities. The reconstruction project envisages rehabilitation, adaptation and reconstruction of the Dispatch Center building, with a change of purpose. The building retains the existing floor plan. All works are planned within the existing framework. Accordingly, the new solution envisages a new category of object that is in accordance with the new function of the object, and in accordance with the project task of the Investor. According to the current needs and standards for this type of facility, a proposal for the functional organization of the premises was made. In accordance with the purpose and constructive stack of prefabricated elements, the object represents a simple square volume on a regular base. With this rehabilitation and reconstruction, the distinct concrete elements were softened with composite materials, first of all in type and then in different tonal contrast.
