The Spring in Sokobanja
The Summer Stage with a lake is located on public construction land on the outskirts of Sokobanja. The site is partially developed but features outdated and poorly maintained infrastructure and facilities, covering an area of approximately 0.45 hectares. The new project envisions the reconstruction and expansion of the Summer Stage complex, along with supporting amenities, to meet the current needs of the municipality of Sokobanja.
The primary focus is on upgrading the Summer Stage itself, particularly by increasing the seating capacity in accordance with updated regulations for this type of facility. This will enable the hosting of a wider range of cultural events in the spa town, including cultural and professional gatherings, conferences, and educational or scientific forums.
In addition, the rest of the complex will feature two gathering areas with small stages and ponds, intended for rest and recreation.
