“Vrelo” summer stage in Sokobanja

This project envisages improving and increasing the quality of the entire space by offering a variety of purposes and ways of using the space. In this way, a significant contribution was made to improving the quality of life of all residents of the municipality, as well as all visitors. In doing so, the values ​​of free, undeveloped spaces are taken into account. The level of arrangement and the quality of free areas have been raised.
The project envisages that the summer stage complex at the “Vrelo” location in Sokobanja will consist of three whole zones, which are spatially and functionally connected. Those three zones actually represent the phases of the phased construction of the complex. Which of the stages will have priopritet depends on the interest of the Investor.

Zone A extends in the northern part of the complex and is planned as the first phase of the implementation.
In zone A, a large stage was designed with accompanying facilities – a wardrobe for performers and a space for storing props. Under the grandstands of the Big Stage, in the higher part, a cafe and a public sanitary facility were designed.

Zone B extends in the central part of the complex and is planned as phase II in the realization. Zone B is designed as a green and recreation zone. In this zone, a multi-functional building, floors Basement+Ground floor, and a water surface in the waterfalls are planned.

Zone C covers the southern part of the complex and is planned as phase III in the implementation.
