Forma antika

In addition to its core activities, the design bureau ``Forma Antika`` LLC has successfully carried out the preparation of preliminary conditions for design, which includes the development of geodetic, urban planning, and legal documentation. It also provides various other consulting services. The overall activity of the bureau encompasses the development of urban plans and urban-technical documentation, as well as the design of residential, hotel, industrial, commercial, museum, media, religious, and all other types of high-rise buildings. Furthermore, through the professional development of its staff, ``Forma Antika`` continually improves its operations in the fields of urban planning, the protection of immovable cultural heritage, fire protection, and energy efficiency. A particular area of expertise and notable success for ``Forma Antika`` lies in the revitalization of heritage buildings and in the design and construction of new structures within protected historical zones and natural areas of exceptional importance to the Republic of Serbia. The company holds a special license issued by the Ministry for the execution of such projects.
