Confectionery Products Factory – Benlian Food

The location planned for the construction of the factory for the production of confectionery products is located in Niš, within the production complex Ei. The factory is designed as a single building, measuring 80x26m, within which there are two sub-units: the production part with warehouse space, ground level, and the business part-annex ground level+1 floors, with wardrobes for employees and office space. The building’s architecture is modern, compliant with the functional and technical requirements for this type of building. The proposed form results from the functional and constructive conception of the building. The horizontal orientation of the opening on the side facade additionally accentuates the large length of the building, but the gutter verticals are used as a vertical architectural element-contrast that divides the building into equal segments and thereby breaks the monotony of the long side facade. The main-eastern facade was conceived in accordance with the principle of the axis of symmetry with vertical window openings, to the left and right of the axis, which play with the facade canvas of the facade.
Facade panels in different colors, vertically oriented, are used as an artistic element that sets the building apart from its spatial environment, and the monotony of the long facade of the building is broken by the playful color of the panels.
