Hotel in Leskovac

At the initiative of a private investor, a business building with the dominant purpose of a hotel was designed, which occupies a corner location between Bulevar Nikola Pašića and Južnomoravskih brigades in Leskovac. The building has two floors and is on an irregular basis, in accordance with the conditions of the plot and urban planning parameters. It is positioned along one border of the plot in order to form a free space on the plot intended for vehicle parking. By purpose, it is a business hotel with all the contents provided for this type of facility, but part of it also contains warehouse space as part of the expansion of the existing business space. In this sense, there is a warehouse space on the ground floor, a reception and a restaurant on the first floor, while there are 3 apartment units on the second floor. It is designed as a modern building with a dominant structural facade and accentuated entrances. The ground floor is tonally separated, which further emphasizes the pedestal in contact with the ground.
