Apart hotel Kriva Reka

The location of the APART hotel complex is within the Kopaonik National Park, on the section between the main road and the “Gobelja” ski trail complex, in the immediate vicinity of the “Srebrnac” hotel, at KP no. 3441/5, KO Kriva reka. The plot in question is irregularly shaped and stretches in the east-west direction. The choice of purpose of the complex arose from the need to provide users with a different content than what has been present on Kopaonik so far. The APART hotel complex is planned in the high category with scattered public content. The backbone consists of accommodation units of different sizes, catering facilities, as well as various business, recreational, sports and other multifunctional spaces: wellness and spa center, sports facilities, casino, retail spaces, free park spaces, etc. The facilities are planned in such a way that they can accommodate users who are oriented towards alpine ski resorts, but also those who are dedicated to the facilities provided by the summer tourist offer. The ultimate goal is to create sustainability in such a way that the complex is used throughout the year. The complex is divided into several independent buildings with the aim of avoiding a monolithic structure, achieving greater transparency of the space and ensuring phased construction. In the underground part, they are connected by a warm connection in order to achieve a better functional organization, above all of the parking space, as well as a connection with various contents.

The exterior finish of the building is in accordance with the “quarry” architecture with the use of basic materials (stone and wood) and modern technical solutions as an imitation of natural materials: ceramics, compact panels and aluminum in the texture of wood, glass, shingles.
