According to the wishes of the investor, the architectural solution is in the spirit of traditional Serbian architecture, adapted to the Moravian style, executed with modern construction technologies. This type of architecture is shaped primarily by a powerful entrance porch, then a roof with a small slope and large overhangs. In addition, the role of applied materials is significant, the combination of white facade paint, natural stone and dark wood.
