The building has access to Ilindenska Street via an access road on cadastral parcel no. 1550/2, which is publicly owned by the city.
The plot is situated on gently sloping terrain. Access to the parcel is provided through the designated access road. The building is predominantly oriented east–west.
Given its urban context, the architectural design of the building follows the principles of contemporary city architecture. Traditional materials have been used in the design to ensure harmony with the surroundings while achieving a modern aesthetic.
