Adaptation and Capital Maintenance
As part of the program of the Public Enterprise Srbijašume, Forest Management Unit Pirot, the adaptation of the Hunting and Tourist Center “Široke Luke” is planned. The center is designed as a complex of buildings forming a unified space for rest and recreation, intended for the needs of JP Srbijašume.
Currently, the site includes a facility used for rest and accommodation of workers (1). This project includes the adaptation and capital maintenance of the existing rest and accommodation facility (1), the construction of a new parking area for cars and buses (2,3), and landscaping and site development (4).
The existing building, with a ground floor and one upper floor (G+1), is located on Stara Planina (Balkan Mountains), on cadastral parcel no. 60, cadastral municipality Jelovica, at an elevation of 1,000 meters above sea level.
