Urban Plan “Sunčani Trg” in Paraćin
The urban planning solution for spatial arrangement and construction was made on the basis of the aforementioned planning documentation and conceptual design of the buildings. The terrain is flat, so it greatly facilitates the arrangement of plots with the disposition of buildings. The urban project plans the construction of residential and commercial buildings with the possibility of being built in three slats of basement+ground floor+6 floors, and a public building of basement+ground level+3 floors, respecting the existing subdivision. The public building is a cultural center of basement+ground level+3 floors. Public facilities are provided in the building with two multi-purpose halls, one on the ground floor and one on the third floor under the dome. The free area of the square, workingly called Sunčani trg, has on the one hand the function of expanding the quay towards the newly planned facilities, and on the other, the formation of a larger functional stationary pedestrian area. It is intended for children’s play, catering terraces, the meeting of walkers and other cooperative purposes. The central composition of the square is a functional sundial.
