Civil Protection Center Rudno
The Civil Protection Center is located within the Rudno settlement, located in the “Golija” Nature Park in the zone of the “Golija-Studenica” biosphere reserve otherwise under the protection of UNESCO. The planned facility of the center for civil protection in Kraljevo is positioned in such a way as to take into account the disposition of the existing facility, and the extension of the facility is carried out in accordance with the planned regulation. The new urban solution envisages the formation of a unique building plot, corner layout bordered by existing roads.
In accordance with the new architectural solution, the main pedestrian entrance is located somewhere in the middle in relation to the eastern border. Vehicle parking has been resolved within the future subject plot. In the search for a solution that will reconstruct the existing and form new capacities of the civil protection institution, a concept has been devised that simultaneously combines new functions with the old ones, and creates conditions for improvement and education in the field of civil protection.
