Construction of a Residential Building
The parcel size is 374 m². The proposed project envisions the construction of a residential building with a total of four levels: Ground Floor + 2 Floors + Attic (GF+2+Attic).
The layout includes:
Two apartments on the ground floor
Three apartments on each of the upper floors (1st, 2nd, and attic level)
Among these, one three-bedroom apartment is planned on each of the 1st, 2nd floors, and attic (a total of three three-bedroom units)
The architectural design is adapted to the semi-urban character of the area and the block-type construction style. Emphasis is placed on the street-facing facade, which follows an eclectic composition with minimal decorative elements.
The central motif is the symmetrical organization, highlighted by centrally placed terraces framed with stone or similar noble materials, providing visual rhythm and a refined appearance to the facade.
